Now days people who are not working in the Fashion Business tent to believe that there are not more Super Models , but just models .... but is not true . Yes I do agree the time when Claudia , Naomi , Christie , Cindy were house hold name same as for Hollywood celebrity is over , but Super Model are still happening . Lara Stone , Natalia Vodianova , the stunning beautiful italian Bianca Balti are there already long time !!!
Take time to create a Super model do not happen overnight ... believe or not take about 5 years .
Let's have a look at the girls which are already getting big .... and bigger by the day .

I met some of them doing casting some years back .... and thinking immediately .... she is going to be big let's boooook her one of this Milou Van Groesen..... I did cry with my client Gary and Michael for days I could not book her on a job as she was going on holiday 4 days before the shoot !!!

Or the first time I booked Karmen Pedaru for Manish Arora Retrospective 5 years ago @ V&A, she was a little more then a kid at the time, despite the Chic look .... and the backstage of the show which had to be repeated 4 times was bit of a playground !!!
