Chelsea Flower Show

I  do live  in  London Chelsea,  and   I  do  not  need  to  check  the  dates  when the  Flower show  starts   as   all over   Chelsea   start  blossom  !
The   window  everywhere  have  creative   flowers  decorations  ,  either   Mark & Spencer normally  really  plain  this  year   did  a  nice   flower   window  .
+ Flower  dress  people  start   filling  Sloane  Square !
It  is   so  lovely  to  see  older   people  wearing  colours   rather   then  full   black .

HRM  Queen Elizabeth , is  also  a  great  Queen of  style ,  same  as   was  for  her mother . She looks   so charming  in  pastel, and   flower  prints , and   she   still   a  Woman  in Power .

Here  in  England   doing    gardening   is  a  major  hobby !  Unfortunately   not  for  me   I  have  no  talent  for  that  I  can  only  deal   with  cut  flowers .
But  I....   love    doing  flower  photo  shoots  .
Flowers  very  often  blossom  in  my   +Hia Mag   fashion pages .

Fashion  and   Flowers   what  a great  inspiration !!!   colours   cut  shapes  and   prints  we  an  never   have  enough ! 

We  can  never   get  bored  of Flora  +GUCCI   motif ,  a  master  of  the  brand  Archive , originally  created  to  Honor Princess  Grace Kelly , Frida  Giannini     keep    using  it   and   always   create   something   fresh  and   new ! 

This   year   with Fashion  brands  going  global  @ Chelsea  Flower   show  there  was  also   Gucci  Garden designed  by Sarah  Eberle ,  and   for  the  occasion   a  new  " Exclusive "  bag lady   lock   is  been  created  ,  in  2    different  sizes  and  is  immediately  a   must 

I  do  not   think  we  can  ever  have   enough  of  flowers !  we   all  have  our  preferences  and  style  but   is  love !!

Petrol Tank price goes up

Karl   Lagerfeled  took  his Cruise  for  Chanel  collection  show  this time in  Dubai +MyDubaiMyCity.com . 

Chanel  delivered   in  the  last  few   season  really  Iconic   bags .  

The   Russian  doll  bag   for    the  Paris-Moscow  show   for  which  I have  an  obsession since I saw Mira  Mikati  (one of  the most stylish girls in  the Middle east  and  not only ) carrying   one , while  I  was  shooting   Haute Couture  for  HIA  magazine in  the  street of  Paris  at night.

Then  came   the   world   bag   another  " Must to have "  wish  list   sold  even  before  it  did  hit  the  stores.

The Lego ,  the  Chanel N. 5 ....  all  become  a  big   hit . I  should  confess  I  am in  Love  with  those  all  .

I  have  a  real   Obsession   for   the  black   N. 5  ....   Who  could  not  get  it ,  got  the  I phone cover  ( which was actually  never been  produced by CC but  only   available  from  China ! )

At   Chanel  Dubai  show this week  was  introduced  the  new  bag  ...  the  petrol  tank  quilted   bag !

So   next  time   I  go   to  the   station   can  I  ask  for   a  Chanel   tank  too  ?

Is  this  bag  going  to  be as  popular  as  its   predecessor  ?.....  not  sure   I  will  see my  friends  from  Jeddah   hanging around    with  their  Abayas  and   a  Petrol  Tank any  time  soon  also  because  ...

Anyway   we   just  need  to  wait   up  to November  when  the  Paris-Dubai collection  will  arrive in  the  stores !!!

But  maybe   Chinese  replica   are   already   under  production  ?  :-D

Fashion Ice Cream

Prada group   and   LVMH  did    fight   to  buy   patisserie  Cova  in  Milan ,  Mr   Arnoult  @ LVHM    end   winning  Cova  so   Mr  Bertelli   bought  for  +Prada   Group  Pastisserie  Marchesi .
Patisserie  Marchesi  is  also  having  a  special section  @ Pradasphere  in  +harrods bd   which   is  open  for  the  all  month  of  May  .
Do not  miss your  chance  to   go  Harrods  if  you  in  London  .

Anyway  ....  before   was   Art  and   Fashion ..  and   all  the  fashion  brands  were    sponsoring Exhibitions  and   now   Fashion  and  Supermarket  .

+Dolce & Gabbana    could not be out  of  the  trend   so they  partner  with  +magnum icecream , to  create  a limited edition  ice cream  .....   with  the  taste  of  ....  of  course  Sicily !!!!

....   available   from  June !  ..... and  now  Mr  Della  Valle  @Tod's   what  is  going  to   buy  in  the  food  industry  ?

5 a day

 Last  year   around  May  time  I  decided   that   I  had   to  loose  weight,   I   was  born  in  Italy, where   from  February   on  you  always   think  about  diet   for   the  bikini   test  !!!  Rome  is  quite  close  to  the  beach  so   from  end   of  April  you  can    start  to  sun  tan  . 
After  Rome  I did  live in   Miami, where  is  summer  all year  around  and   there   is  very   important    to  be  fit  and  look  good  !!
+ I  did move  to Miami   because   I  was   crazy  in  love  with a blond  hair blue  eyes   super  sporty guy.  Life  in  Miami   include   at  least   2   hours  spent  doing  sport   .
Wearing  the  latest    stuff  is  not  so  important  in  Miami  but  look  good   and  be fit  is  .

Here  in  London  where  I now  live  for  quite  few   years ,   dressing  well  and  wearing  latest  items  is important ,  but  not  easy  when   you  surrounded by  candy   snack  .
But   as  said   I  took  the  decision   I  had  to  be  slim  so ,  started  a  diet   based   on  eating healthy ,   with  lots  of  fruits  and  vegetables .

Yes  Karl Lagerfeld   is  right " Fashion is  the Healthiest motivation for  losing weight ".

When  I  go  to  supermarket   now  I  focus   on  fruits  ,  and   each package   says  1 of  5 ! 

As  is  important    to  have   at  least   5 within  fruit  and   vegetable   every  day  !!!

It  looks   after  Farmville  now  everyone , in  the  fashion  business  is  playing  Candy  Crash !
The  candies   bracelets    first  seen  on  Viviana  Valpolicella   are   a  major   Hit  !!!!
Chanel winter  2014-5   sent  lots  of  those  on  the  catwalk

Manish  Arora   who is  really  sweet and is  one  of  my   buddies  playing Candy Crash ,  had  it  in   his  winter  show .

Jeremy   Scott   started   Moschino   1st  stop   McDonald ....   to  then  close  winter   2014-5   with Teddy Bear   gel   candies  !!! 

Swatch,  created    for  the   summer  " Caramellissima "  !!!  .....  yes  everyone  is  playing  !!!:-D

Yes   candies   are  the   new  pearls !!!

Fashion Victim or Victim of Fashion ?

I  am   in  London  as   I  had  to   finish   to work  on  my  photo   shoots  , prior   starting      of  London   shows  ,     at  main  time  N.Y.  fashion  week  already  started  showing  winter  2014-15   ,  from  time    to  time  I   try   to have  a  look   what  is   happening  at  the  shows    there ,   but  then  I   give  up    to     keep   my  focus  on   Summer  14  which   I  am  still  shooting   .

By  chance   I   had   a  look   at  some  pictures  from  Street  Style ,  “The  Sartorialist “ and   friends   are  very  active   during  fashion  weeks  .

In  New  York   the   temperature   are   below  zero   for   quite  few   weeks  already ,    some   days    below   13  !!!

Apparently    Fashion  Editors  are   in  the   last few seasons the   new  “Divas” , and    PR  ,   trying  to    get  as  many   of  them    dressed     for   the  fashion   week  events    .

Carrie  from  Sex  and   City  “ Fashion Editor secret Icon",  playing  with   contrast  ,  exclusive  items ,  and  “more  is more”  is  generally   the   style   to  get   more   Street  style  Cover  attentions  .   Anna  Dello   Russo     is “The Super Diva” of  them    all   followed    by    her   protege’  Giovanna  Battaglia , and  the  Petit   Russian  Bilionaresse  Miroslava  Duma .

The  “Fashionista “ street  style  seen  around  at  this  week  around   shows  in  NY   is , is  pastel  colours,    no  tights   ,   or  socks   ,   with    Thin   high    heel   shoes   despite   still  a  lot   of   snow   in  the  “Big  Apple “  streets “ summer   fashion    showing     a  go  go  !!    But   Fendi  Fur bags  are    a  hit  , as   keep   the  Mobile   phone   warm  !     Winter    collection  was    already  worn   by  the  same   girls  in  September   for     previous   Fashion   weeks  Tour  when   was   +   24   degree  !!!

Long  life   to Scott "The Sartolist "  and  Garance Dore   "The  Obama  from Fashion " !

Tomorrow  there  maybe   a  tube  strike   in  London  ,   I  still   cannot   found  a  car  to  take  me   to  my  shoots  .... I   have   10    bridal   gowns   to   take  from   HIA   office   to   the  photographic   studio  and  I   rather    keep   looking   for  a   Van  to   take  me  and   all  the  gowns  there   .... as   I   cannot walk  for   for   over   5   miles  in Louboutin  shoes  !!!!
